Debt Recovery Litigation refers to the recovery matters filed by a bank or financial institution against any person or entity who had defaulted in making the repayments of debts due to such banksorfinancial institutions. We are presently empanelled with few Nationalized Banks and are dealing with their recovery matters before Debt Recovery Tribunals and their Appellate Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal and its Appellate Tribunals. The Debt Recovery matters also include the actions initiated by the Banks or Financial Institutions under Securitizations And Reconstruction Of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interests Act, 2002 (SARFESI). We have been representing various banksbefore the Debt Recovery Tribunals since past more than 20 years.
