Real Estate Matters

We have been dealing and representing our clients before various Real Estate Regulatory Authorities and Appellate Tribunals and have been dealing with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 since the date of its enactment. We are representing several companies as well as individuals before the RERA Authorities and Appellate Tribunals. The RERA Authorities deal with the disputes between a developer (promoters of the project) and its allottees and with the advent of the RERA Authorities, the allottees have been able to find a specialized tribunals to resolve the disputes between an allottee and the developer. Even the real estate agents are covered under the RERA Authorities. RERA Authorities provide an allotteean early, quick and effective relief against the developers. The government development authorities like DDA, HUDA, PUDA also come within the ambit of these RERA Authorities.
